The Volunteers Outdoor Colorado (VOC) have an exciting project coming up near Montrose and the GVTA hopes you can join them! On May 5-6, VOC will be working with the Bureau of Land Management to complete a new, re-routed section of the Coyote Wash By-Pass Trail. This trail offers terrific views of the West Elk and San Juan mountain ranges and is popular with ATV, dirt bike, and mountain bike users. The new section will enable the loop to re-open and will help users avoid damaging sensitive river habitat. The VOC could really use your help to make this project a success!
The VOC would love your help on Saturday, Sunday, or the whole weekend! Camping is provided Friday and Saturday night, and meals will be provided Saturday breakfast through Sunday lunch.
Learn more about the project and register online to help build multi-use trails in the area!
