As you may know, the County abandoned the Jacob’s Ladder/22.5 Road through the actions of the private land owners on either side of the road. This historic road and trail offers some unique access to some beautiful lands and views of the valley and there is an effort to reverse the closure. As part of that effort, a suit was filed and a brief is being filed describing how the community has used the road/trail historically. In support of the that brief, there is a need for signed affidavits.
