This would be a good way to make sure your comment is heard even if you are unable to attend the Monday morning public hearing. Additionally, it would be useful for the Planning Department to hear your thoughts on this issue. They currently have not received any of the materials previously submitted. Reminder; it does not matter if you have used the road or not. Statements, opinions or affidavits expressing desire to keep this road open irregardless of personal usage are fine. Please keep all comments civil and respectful.

The Board of County Commissioners will be holding a public hearing regarding the application for the closure of 21.5 Road also known as Jacob’s Ladder. The hearing is currently scheduled for Monday, December 17th at 10:30am at the Old County Court House located at 544 Rood Ave.
