Successful Ales for Trails Beer Fest Benefitted COPMOBA

Grand Junction, CO – Rockslide Brewery put together a beer festival called Ales for Trails on Sunday February 2nd.  It was a great get together and fundraising opportunity right before the Super Bowl.

Eight Breweries participated in this event: Rockslide, Kannah Creek, Colorado Boy, Oskar Blues, Copper Club, 2 Rascals, and Revolution Brewery.  Each brewery provided at least one beer and several provided 2 of their offerings.  The event cost $10 per person.  All proceeds benefitted COPMOBA.  The event raised $830.00 for COPMOBA.

The Colorado Plateau Mountain Bike Trail Association has been developing, building, and maintaining trails in and around the Colorado Plateau and western Colorado since 1989.  2014 is the 25th anniversary for this non-profit organization.

Zorba Proteau has been brewing at the Rockslide for two years and has focused on producing a wide range of flavorful and adventurous beers. The Rockslide prides itself on quality and diversity of flavor.
